Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days once dispatched.

• Flat rate shipping: $11.85
• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned

Fragile pieces — glassware, ceramics and stoneware — are double-boxed with moulded protection. If something arrives broken, photograph it and email us; we replace it, no return required.

Returns

Return anything unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email support@365goods.store and we will send a return label and instructions.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return
• Return shipping is free if the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered
• Gift sets must be returned complete

Order changes

If you need to change an address or cancel, email us within two hours of ordering and we will almost always catch it before the parcel leaves.
