Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from 365 Goods Co.. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, or stock that has run out — we will tell you and refund you in full. We may decline or limit any order.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout and displayed before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor. We do not store card details. Charges appear on your statement as 365 GOODS.

Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

Returns

Our return terms are set out in Shipping & Returns and form part of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law does not allow it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
