Where do you ship?

Within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much is shipping?

A flat $11.85 per order, and free once your order passes $200.

How long will my order take?

Orders leave within one business day and arrive in 3–5 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as it is scanned.

Is the stoneware dishwasher safe?

Yes. All of our stoneware and porcelain is dishwasher and microwave safe. The cast iron and the copper are hand-wash only, and the wood boards should be washed by hand and oiled occasionally.

Do you take returns?

Thirty days, unused and in the original packaging, refunded to the original payment method. See Shipping & Returns.

Something arrived damaged.

Send a photo to support@365goods.store and we will ship a replacement straight away. You do not need to send the broken piece back.

Do you offer gift packing?

Yes, on request and at no charge — leave a note at checkout and we will pack it without prices and include a handwritten card if you give us the message.

What name appears on my card statement?

Charges appear as 365 GOODS. If you see anything you do not recognise, email us before contacting your bank and we will sort it out the same day.
